Payment Options

To make your online shopping experience convenient, we accept Visa and MasterCard -- with no additional surcharge. For your protection, we thoroughly investigate the validity of all credit card charges. We prefer to send credit card orders to your credit card billing address to avoid any unnecessary delays. We do not apply charges until your order ships.

We do not process credit card charges billed to an institution outside of the United States.

At this time, Extremely Sharp is able to ship to locations within all 50 United States. We are currently in the process of establishing our international shipping capabilities, and we hope to have worldwide coverage in the near future.

Personal checks and money orders are accepted, with a 10 day holding period on personal checks.

FEDERAL EXPRESS

FedEx Economy

• Provides delivery by the second business day, by 4:30pm, in primary service areas (by 7:30pm to residential destinations) within the continental United States. (Hawaii will be delivered by the third business day by 5:00pm to most areas and 7:00pm to residential areas.)

FedEx Priority

• Provides delivery the next business day, by 10:30am, in primary service areas (by 12:00noon to most other areas) within the continental United States. (Hawaii and Alaska deliveries are made on the next business day by 5:00pm to most areas and by 12:00noon on the second business day to other areas.)

FedEx Standard

• Provides delivery by the next business day, by 3:00pm, in primary service areas (by 4:30pm to most other areas) within the continental United States. This service is not currently available in Hawaii or Alaska. Saturday delivery is not available with this service.

FedEx Saturday

• This service is available by calling our Sales Dept. @ (800) 808-3375 or (508) 538-8100, Option #3, prior to 3:00pm EST to place your order. The cost of shipping is equivalent to FedEx Priority, plus $10.00. This service is not currently available to Hawaii or Alaska.

UNITED PARCEL SERVICE

UPS Ground

• Provides delivery in the continental United States within 6 business days by 7:00pm, Monday through Friday.

UPS Red

• Provides delivery by 10:30am in primary areas areas (by 7:30pm to residential destinations) within the continental United States. Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska by 3:00pm on the second business day.

Additional Information:

• We can use any of the above shipping methods if you wish, please note that these options are all extra. Prices depend on the order. These must be requested in the comments section of your order. If ordering by phone, be sure to tell the operator your choice.
• All orders are processed as soon as the payment method has been verified.
• Orders processed before 10am EST are usually shipped the same day.
• No additional shipping charges will be assessed for items shipped separately.
• Back orders are billed when they ship.
• We regret that we cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses or to international locations at this time.

At this time, Extremely Sharp is able to ship to locations within the U.S. only. Product Satisfaction Guarantee

• All non-defective products must be returned within 30 days of the date of invoice, and are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.
• All defective products will be accepted for repair or replacement only within 30 days of the date of invoice.
• After 30 days the Manufacturer's Warranty applies.
• All returns must be in original saleable condition, 100% complete, with all packaging material, manuals, and accessories.
• A Repair/Replacement Fee will be assessed to all authorized returns received incomplete or damaged, or may be refused at our discretion.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.

All returns must be addressed as follows:

• If a return-for-credit is approved, Extremely Sharp will issue a credit within 14 calendar days from the date that we receive the return.
• If a return-for-repair or replacement is authorized, Extremely Sharp will advise you regarding the anticipated turn-around time.
